Unau Media service rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes. Unau Media does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and Unau Media will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.

Disclaimer - Unau Media will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

Liabilities - Unau Media is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media.

Service - Unau Media will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.

We do not guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.

We do not guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.

Private accounts would not a get a refund! Please ensure that your account is public before ordering.

Refund Policy - No refunds will be made once an order has been processed. We usually process orders within 12 hours of the time of order.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.

If however we are unable to process your order or unable to deliver the number of followers/likes/views we promise, we will refund the money.

Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Privacy Policy - This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. All personal information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.

About Our Service

Our Instagram boosting service only increase the number of followers on your profile/account. These followers are mostly fake accounts created solely to increase your follower count; please do not expect them to interact with your posts.

Having a large number of followers on your social media pages make you stand out and look authentic. We are providing just that with our services.

The number of followers we deliver to your profile may drop over time. If this happens, please contact us, and we will gladly replace them with new followers for a period of 1 year.

We also provide Instagram likes to posts and story/video views. You may kindly contact us for custom orders.

How to place an order

  • To place an order, take note of the package price.
  • Pay using UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, PayTM, etc.). For other payment methods, please contact us.
  • Copy the transaction ID of your payment for confirmation. Orders without payment confirmation will be rejected.
  • Paste the transaction ID in the order form.
  • Choose the package you have selected.
  • Enter the profile link of your Instagram account. Please make sure that your account’s privacy is set to public.
  • Enter your Name and Phone Number so we can contact you via text message or WhatsApp if there’s an issue with your order. This is optional.
  • Make sure that you agree to our terms of order.
  • Click on the Place Order button.

That’s it. We’ll begin processing your order within 12 hours from the time of your order.

Refunds: Once we have begin processing your order, you can not cancel your order, and consequently, there will be no refunds. If, however, we are unable to process your order, or if we can not deliver the number of followers or likes that you order, we will gladly give a full refund.

We acquire these followers from gaming and mobile apps. So we can not say with certainty if they are fake or real. However, we are aware that most of these follower accounts were created solely for such gaming and mobile apps. So it’s highly unlikely that they will interact with your posts. Our service is aimed at increasing the follower count of your profile.

Once we start processing your order, we can no longer refund the money. Once we start processing your order, we can no longer refund the money. If however we do not deliver the specified number of followers/likes/views or are unable to process your order, we will gladly give a refund.

We always overdeliver your orders so that if some followers choose to unfollow, you still have the number of followers you ordered. If however your follower count decreases below your order, let us know via DM or contact page on our website and we will gladly replace them with new followers. We provide free refills for a period of 1 year.

We also provide Instagram video views, Facebook page likes, post likes, YouTube subscribers, views, etc. These will be added to our packages very soon. Meanwhile, if you’re interested, you can contact us for custom orders.

Most IG likes contest and giveaways require that the accounts that like the giveaway/contest post should follow the same account. We do not have control over the followers that we provide as they’re acquired from gaming and mobile apps. So we do not recommend using our service for such giveaways and contest. If however you do participate in such contests using our services, you do so at your own risk.
